Delicious food. We end up trying all starters, pasta Cacio pepe and saltimboca a la romana. Everything was tasty and the Chef treated us with a lot of small treats and drinks. We were so so happy about this dinner, that we thought this was one of the too 3 meals experience we had in Puglia.
The best restaurant in town. Exceptional flavors perfectly balanced. There isn't one dish I don't highly recommend. You can't go wrong. Every time I go I think it can't get better than this just to be proven wrong on my next visit. 5 stars are not enough to describe this little unpretentious gem!!!!
Amazing pasta! Very good house wine - PATU.
Superb!
Excellent food.

Place with few seats but modern and very well kept. The dishes are typical of the Roman tradition made with great care and attention. Unfortunately I found some hairs in a courgette batter..
Well-executed first courses, in particular the cacio e pepe and the gricia. Minus the matriciana with cod, an unsuccessful combination.
The kindness of the staff reigns supreme
Excellent restaurant where you can eat Roman specialties. Elegant but at the same time familiar environment. Friendly waitresses also available in recommending dishes and good wine. The food is good, with homemade pasta. I recommend tonnarelli, from simple tonnarelli with sauce to those with porcini mushrooms. But we also find calcium and pepper or carbonara. You can also taste an exquisite focaccia and meat second courses. The desserts are absolutely worth trying.
1.01.2023.
Being the first of the year, a menu was proposed which included the obligation to take a series of appetizers per person.
Let's move on to the first: although the restaurant is famous for traditional Roman dishes, a stuffed pasta was offered which we all decided to try. Usually it involves a few pieces of filled pasta, but the portion was generous and the pasta was very heavy with unbalanced flavours.
Result: we ate half of each dish.
Finally realizing the situation they kindly offered us one of the 4 portions of pasta but honestly I wouldn't go back.
